Wings and chips :
Ingredients:
Chicken wings ½ kg
Onion ½
Potato 2
Water 2 cups
Turmeric 1 pinch
Lemon 2
Green chili 4-5
Red chili 4-5
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Ginger 2 tbsp
Green coriander 3 tbsp
Tomato paste 4 tbsp
Cumin 1-1/2 tsp
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves for garnish
Method:
• In pan heat oil fry onion and garlic.
• Now in chicken wings, tomato paste, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, and water add and cook.
• Then salt, lemon juice, ginger and red chili mix and further cook now dish out and garnish with curry leaves then serve it.
• For the making chips heat oil in a pan and onion and garlic fry.
• Then potato, red chili powder, tomato paste, cumin and water add and further cook.
• Now add salt, lemon juice, fresh coriander and green chili mix and further cook then serve.


THEPLA:

INGREDIENTS:

Bottle gourd grated 1 cup
Grated garlic 1 tsp
Dried fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
Green onions 2
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Wheat flour 2 cups
Water as required

RED CHILI CHUTNEY:
Red chilli flakes 3 tbsp
Grated garlic 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Lemon juice of 1 lemon
Mustard oil 2 tbsp
Water ½ cup

METHOD:

In a bowl mix all ingredients and knead. Then roll to make thin flat loaf
On heated iron plate cook on both sides then spread little oil and fry it

RED CHILI CHUTNEY!

Dry roast chili flakes then add all the ingredients and mix well


Chicken and vegetable Tempura:

Ingredients chicken 1 kg
Ready batter mix 1 packet Oil for frying Ketchup ½ cup
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp Soy sauce 2 tbsp Garlic 1 tbsp Ginger 1 tsp


Method :

Divide the ready battermix into 3 tbsp and 5 tbsp separately. Add ¼ cup of water to 3 tbsp mix and blend well. Dry the chicken and coat in dry mix then dip in the prepared batter. Now coat the chicken in dry mix again. Heat oil to medium, add chicken and fry for 10 minutes then remove and set aside. In a separate pan, add 3 tbsp oil and fry ginger garlic for 30 seconds. Now add ketchup, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and 1 cup of water and bring it to a boil. Then cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Serve with chicken .

Chicken Shashlik :

Ingredients

Boneless Chicken ½ kg
Capsicums 2
Shashlik Sticks 4
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Green Chili Paste 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Egg 1
All spice 1 tsp
Oil as required
Ginger Garlic 1 tsp
Onion 2
Method:
First of all cut capsicums and chicken in cubes.
Now marinate chicken with black pepper, salt, green chilies, vinegar, egg,garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste and leave it half an hour.
Then put chicken, onions, capsicums on shashlik sticks .
Fry in hot oil.

Chinese fried rice:

Ingredients

Rice (boiled) 2 cup
Mushrooms 1 cup
Cabbage 1 cup
Capsicums 1 cup
Spring onions 1 cup
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
Green chilies paste 2tsp
Carrot (chopped) 2
Sausages 4
Boiled noodles 1 cup
Soy sauce 4 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp

Method:

Heat oil and add ginger garlic paste.
When aroma comes, then add finely chopped sausages.
now add mushrooms, cauliflower, capsicum, green chili paste, chopped carrots, black pepper and salt and mix it and fry it for 2 minutes.
Then add boiled rice, boiled noodles, soya sauce and green onions and mix it and turn off the stove.

Summer drink:

Ingredients:

Cucumber 1
SodaWater 1 bottle
Ice 1 cup
Mint Leaves ½ cup
Black Salt ½ tsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Apple 1
Method:
In a blender, blended cucumber, lemon juice, apple, black salt, soda water and ice.
Now take it out, serve with mint leaves.

Thaali:

Ingredients For Zeera Aalu:
Oil 2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Ginger (finely chopped) 1 inch
Green chilies (finely chopped) 2
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Cayenne red pepper 1 tsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Dry mango powder ¾ tsp
Salt to taste
Potatoes (boiled, peeled & cubed) 2
Coriander leaves (finely chopped) 2 tbsp

Method:
Heat oil and sauté cumin seeds. Add in ginger and green chilies. Sauté for a minute. Add turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder and salt. Sauté on low flame without burning the spices. Add boiled and cubed potatoes. Mix gently without breaking potatoes. Sprinkle very little water, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Lastly add coriander leaves.

Ingredients For Paneer Bhurji:
Butter 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds ½ tsp
Bay leaf 1
Onion (finely chopped) 1 medium
Tomatoes (finely chopped) 2 medium
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Cayenne red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Salt ¾ tsp
Peas 2 tbsp
Cottage cheese (crumbled) 2 cups
All spice powder ½ tsp
Dry fenugreek leaves (crushed) 1 tsp
Coriander (finely chopped) 2 tbsp
Method:
Heat butter and add cumin and bay leaf. Add onion and sauté well. Add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes turn soft. Blend till smooth. Add turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder and salt. Sauté on low flame. Add peas, water and crumbled cottage cheese. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add all spice powder, dry fenugreek leaves and coriander leaves.

Ingredients For Tarka Daal:
Split red gram (rinsed) ½ cup
Split red lentil (rinsed) 2 tbsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Clarified butter 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds ½ tsp
Bay leaf 1
Dried red chilies 2
Garlic (crushed) 2 cloves
Ginger (crushed) 1 inch
Green chili (slit) 1
Onion (finely chopped) 1
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Cayenne red pepper ½ tsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Tomato (finely chopped) 1
Coriander (finely chopped) 2 tbsp
Dried fenugreek leaves (crushed) 1 tsp
All spice powder ¼ tsp

For Tadka:
Clarified butter 1 tsp
Cumin ½ tsp
Dried red chili 1
Cayenne red pepper ¼ tsp
Coriander (finely chopped) 1 tsp




Method:
Boil split red gram and split red lentil with turmeric, salt, oil and water till done and set aside. Heat clarified butter and splutter cumin, bay leaf and dried red chilies. Add garlic, ginger, chili and onion and sauté until it turns golden brown. Add turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder and salt. Add tomato and sauté until it turns soft. Add in cooked lentils and adjust consistency as required. Now add coriander, dry fenugreek leaves and all spice powder.

Hawaiian Chicken Wings:
Ingredients:
Chicken wings ½ kg
Soy sauce 4 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Brown sugar 2 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Crushed ginger 1 tsp
Corn flour 1 tsp
Baking powder ½ tsp
Salt as required
Crushed red chili ¾ tsp
Flour ¾ cup
Sesame seeds 1-1/2 tsp
Pine apple ½ cup
Spring onion as required
Method:
In chicken wings salt ,2 tbsp soy sauce ,1 tbsp vinegar ,lemon juice and crushed red chili mix and leave for 2 to 3 hours .now add baking powder and flour mix .after 15 minutes fry the wings in oil till then color .for making soy sauce 2 tbsp oil heat and add crushed ginger and crushed garlic sauté.Now add remaining 2 tbsp of pine apple juice and cook till than boil .then adddissolved in water corn flour .after this add fry wings and pine apple and toss .finally dish out and garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds .

Egg and Croissant Bake :
Ingredients:
Boiled chicken (thickly shredded) 1-1/2 cup
Chopped onion 1 large
Oil 4 tbsp
Tomato puree 2 tbsp
Boiled spinach 1 cup
Sun dried tomatoes ½ cup
Jalapeno peppers 2 tbsp
Eggs 3
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Milk ¾ cup
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Salt, black pepper to taste
Croissant 3-4
Spring onion as required
Method:
Heat oil and fry chopped onion fry .now add boil spinach and cook .then add sundried tomatoes ,tomato puree ,mustard paste and Jalapeno pepper mix .after this thickly shredded boil chicken add and set set on the dish .now egg and milk ,salt and black pepper mix and beat it .then add small pieces of croissant and do the layer and set it.after this add the egg mixture and leave it for half an hour .now add chadder chees and bake till then set and color .finally remove and garnish with spring onion and serve .
