Chicken Cantonese Soup:
Ingredients:
Chicken boneless cubes ½ cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Carrot shredded ¼ cup
Cabbage shredded ¼ cup
Spring onion shredded 1 tbsp
Chicken stock 2 cups
Salt as required
White pepper 1 tsp
Soya sauce ½ tsp
Chili sauce ½ tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Corn flour as required
METHOD
Karahi men oil dal ker garam Karen or chicken or carrot dal ker fry ker len. Ab shredded cabbage, stock or tamam masalay dal ker4 se 5 minutes tak paknay den akhir men corn flour dal ker soup ko garha ker len.

Asian Grilled Chicken:
Ingredients:
Chicken Tikka 1 quarter
Oil 2 tbsp
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Salt as required
Black pepper 1 tsp
Red chili crushed 1 tsp
METHOD
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl. add chicken marinate for 2 hour, add chicken in streamer cook for 40 minute. Heat grill pan and grease with oil. Add steam chicken, also add marination and cook.

Garlic and Almond Rice:
Ingredients:
Rice boiled 1 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
Almond slice 1 tbsp
Salt as required
White pepper ½ tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
METHOD
Karahi men oil garam ker kay garlic dal ker sauté Karen phir ric dal ker toss Karen ab almon or tamam spices dal ker mix ker len.


Ginger and Garlic Chicken :
Ingredients for Marinade:
Boneless chicken cubes 1 cup
Corn flour ¼ cup
Salt as required
White pepper ½ tsp
Oil for frying
Ingredients for Sauce
Oil 2 tbsp
Onion sliced ¼ cup
Ginger julienned 2 tbsp
Garlic julienned 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Tomato puree ¼ cup
Chicken stock 1 cup
Salt as required
Black pepper 1 tsp
Corn flour as required
METHOD
Chicken or marination kay tamam ajza mixing bowl men dal ker achi tarhan mix ker len.
Ab ek karahi men oil garam ker kay chicken fry ker len.
Ab dosri taraf karahi men oil garam ker kay onion, ginger or garlic dal ker fry ker len.
Phir fry kya huwa chicken, tamam masalay or pani dal ker boil anay den phir akhir men corn flour dal ker garha ker len.

Banofee Pie:
Ingredients;
Chocolate biscuits crushed 1-1/2 cup
Butter 4 tbsp
For filling ingredients:
Condensed milk 1 tin
Whipped cream 1 cup
Vanilla essence few drops
Bananas 4-6
Chocolate sprinkles as required
Method:
Condensed milk dip in water and cook in for 3 to 4 hours then remove and keep in refrigerator .now making for base in biscuits crushed add melted butter and vanilla essence and mix then set in dish then bake in preheated oven for 5 to 7 minutes then cool it .now add in condensed milk and the bananas add and after this whipped cream .finally garnish with Chocolate sprinkles and serve it .

Beef Barley Soup :
Ingredients:
Boil boneless beef 1 cup
Boiled barley ¾ cup
Chopped onion 1
Chopped carrot 1
Chopped mushrooms 3-4
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Bay leaves 1
Olives oil 4 tbsp
Crushed pepper 3/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Water 6 cup
Rosemary ½ tsp
Corn flour 1-1/2 tbsp
Worcester sauce 1 tbsp
Spring onion as required
Method:
Heat oil and fry onion and garlic sauté then add carrot, mushrooms, boiled boneless beef, bay leaves ,salt ,crushed black pepper ,rosemary, Worcester sauce and boil grain .then add water and ½ hour cook .now add corn flour when thick gray then ready soup remove and garnish with spring onion and serve .

Farfalle with Chicken Roasted and Garlic:
Ingredients:
Chicken minced 300 grams
Mushrooms 4-5
Sun dried tomatoes ½ cup
Boiled peas ¾ cup
Salt as required
Boiled bow pasta 2-1/2 cup
Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
Chicken stock ¾ cup
Cream ¾ cup
Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
Chopped onion 1
Roasted garlic 1 tbsp
Olive oil ½ cup
Crushed black pepper 1-1/2 tsp
Garlic bread for serving
Method:
In a pan heat oil and sauté onion .now add chicken mince and Worcester sauce mix well and roast .then add salt ,crushed black pepper ,chopped mushrooms ,boiled peas ,sun dried tomatoes ,roasted garlic ,cream, chicken stock ,parmesan cheese and boiled bow pasta mix well then dish out and serve with garlic bread .

Flourless Cookies:
Ingredients:
Creamy peanut butter 1 cup
Caster sugar ½ cup
Sugar to garnish
Brown sugar ½ cup
Egg 1
Salt ¼ tsp
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Chocolate kisses as required
Sugar to coat
Method:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except for the chocolate kisses. Press dough together into a ball, wrap tightly, and chill in fridge 30 minutes. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll each ball in sugar to coat. Place on lined cookie sheet. Lightly press down with your thumb. Bake at 180 degrees C for 7 minutes or until lightly golden but still very soft. Do not over bake. Once removed from oven, gently press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie. Cool about a minute on cookie sheet, and then transfer to wire rack to finish cooling.

Biscuits and Gravy:
Ingredients:
Oil 2 tbsp
Chopped onion 1
Minced garlic 3 cloves
Minced mutton or beef 1/2 kg
Flour 3 tbsp
Milk 2-2/3 cups
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper as required
Large flaky biscuits 8-10
Chopped parsley ¼ cup
Method:
Heat oil. Add onion and garlic. Add mince, stirring to crumble it up well and brown it. Add flour, gently stirring until fully incorporated. Add milk and stir well to combine. Add ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp black pepper. Bring mixture to low boil, stirring, until sauce is thickened to desired gravy consistency. It should be rich gravy, yet thin enough to evenly pour into casserole. Grease bottom of a baking dish and layer half of the biscuit quarters evenly onto bottom.
Evenly spoon the gravy over baked biscuits. Place remaining biscuit quarters evenly on top of gravy. Cover loosely with foil and bake 14 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking 10 more minutes or until tops are puffy and golden brown. Serve immediately

Large Flaky Biscuits:
Ingredients:
Flour 2-1/2 cups
Baking powder 2 tbsp
Caster sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cold butter ½ cup
Cold buttermilk 1 cup
Melted butter to brush
Method:
Whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Using a box grater, grate butter over the flour mixture and quickly toss to incorporate. Then make a well in the middle of the dough and pour in 1 cup buttermilk. Stir until just beginning to come together, and then dump out onto your work surface. Bring your dough together into a rectangle, about 1” thick. Fold the dough into thirds, like folding a letter to put into an envelope. Using a rolling pin, gently pat back into a 1” thick rectangle,

Tarka daal:

Ingredients

Red lentil soaked 1 cup
Water 2 ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Ingredients to temper
Oil ¼ cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Onion chopped ½ cup
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Green chilies chopped 2
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Chili powder ½ tsp
Tomatoes chopped 2

Method

In a pan add water to boil, add in salt, soak lentils, garlic and turmeric, cover and cook for 25 mins until lentils are soft and mushy, remove from heat, prepare baghaar. Heat oil and butter in a small frying pan, add the onion, cumin seeds, green chilies, fry for 5 mins until onions light golden, add in all the remaining ingredients, cook stirring for 5 mins until tomatoes are soft, remove from heat, add to the cooked daal, stir, cover tightly, cook for 5 mins before serving.

Fish and Shrimp Masala:

Ingredients

Shrimps 250 gm
Boneless fish 250 gm
Oil ½ cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Onion chopped 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomato paste 3 tbsp
tomatoes boiled / pureed2
Grinded almonds 2 tbsp
Mace grinded ¼ tsp
Ground cumin roasted 2 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
Allspice ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Water 2 cups
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Method

Heat oil and butter in a pan, add chopped onion, fry until golden brown, add tomato paste, pureed tomatoes and grounded almonds, fry for 1 min, add all the spices, salt and also add in the prawns and fish, fry for 2 mins, add water, cover and cook for 10 mins, remove from heat, sprinkle with coriander leaves, serve with roti.


Balti murgh:

ingredients

Tikka boti 1packet
Oil ½ cup
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Onion chopped 1 cup
Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Allspice 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
Green chili chopped 1
Mushrooms sliced 1 cup
Baby corn 4 sliced
Zucchini sliced 2
Carrot sliced 1
Capsicum cut in cubes 1

Method

Cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes. Heat oil in a wok, add cumin seeds, fry for 30 seconds, add chicken, fry for another 5 mins, add in chopped onion, garlic, fry for 3 to 4 mins, add all the remaining ingredients except the capsicum, lower the heat, cook for 10 mins until vegetables are almost tender, stir in the capsicum, cook for just 3 mins until vegetable and chicken tender, but vegetable should be slightly crunchy, serve.

Khajoor kay rolls :
Ingredients:
Dates 500 grams
Almonds ½ cup
Pistachios ½ cup
Coconut 1 cup
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Method:
Remove the seeds from the dates and heat in oven for 2 minutes .now add almond, pistachios and cardamom powder mix and roll it .then garnish with dates and keen in freezer .when cool it then cut in to the pieces and serve it .


Mirch koftay :
Ingredients:
Beef Mince ½ kg
Medium chili large 10
Cottage cheese 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Onion (medium) 3
Tomatoes (medium) 4
Roasted chickpeas 4 tbsp
Egg 1
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Fresh coriander ½ bunch
Oil ½ cup
Method:
In mince onion, ginger garlic paste, roasted chick peas and salt add and grind it .now egg mix well and keep in refrigerator .now cut mark on chilies and remove the seeds and fill the crushed cottage cheese then coat the chilli with mince mixture. then keep in refrigerator .in a pan heat oil and chopped onion fry till than golden brown now add ginger ,garlic ,red chili powder ,coriander powder ,salt and tomatoes mix and roast .when tomatoes tender then half cup of water add and cook till than boil and add the koftay after this cook on slow flame for few minutes and garnish with green coriander then serve it.


Halawa :
Ingredients:
Sugar to taste
Sesame seeds 2 cup
Cooking chocolate 6 tbsp
Pistachios (chopped) 6 tbsp
Green cardamom 6-8
Almond (chopped) 6 tbsp
Cream ½ cup
Walnut 4 tbsp
Method:
Sugar mix in sesame seeds .now mixture separate in 6 parts then serve with different flavor like serve with almond then second walnut flavor and pistachios as like serve with other ingredient.
